Questions buyers ask us
Can't find your answer? Message our team on WhatsApp or send an enquiry — we reply within one business day.
Talk to Our TeamWhat is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Most styles start from around 50 pieces per design; sublimated teamwear and cycling club orders can start lower. Tell us your quantity and we will advise the best option.
How long does production take?
Sampling usually takes 7–14 days. Bulk production typically takes 3–5 weeks after sample approval, depending on quantity and decoration.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We export to Europe, the UK, North America, the Middle East and Australia by air freight, sea freight or express courier, with DAP and DDP options.
Can I get a sample before bulk?
Yes. We always recommend a pre-production sample so you can approve fit, fabric and finish before bulk begins.
Can you keep my designs confidential?
Absolutely. We are happy to sign an NDA and we never show client designs or branded product without permission.
What payment terms do you offer?
Typically a deposit to begin production and the balance before shipment. Terms for repeat partners can be discussed.
