Fabric inspection
Incoming fabric is checked for GSM, width, shade variation, shrinkage and weaving or knitting defects before cutting.

Quality control
Our QC team works on the production floor, not just at the packing table. Every order passes five inspection gates before it is released for export.
01Inspection gates
Problems are cheapest to fix early. That is why most of our inspections happen before a garment is even finished.
Incoming fabric is checked for GSM, width, shade variation, shrinkage and weaving or knitting defects before cutting.
Lab dips, strike-offs and sublimation test prints are matched to Pantone references or your approved sample.
Panels are audited against patterns for size, grain direction and shade grouping.
Roaming QC checks stitch density, seam strength, tension and trims on every line throughout the day.

Finished garments are measured against your size spec and inspected to AQL 2.5 (or your standard), with a photo report.
